Mind Mash is a mobile application developed by Xenex Studio to provide engaging math puzzles, riddle quests, and daily challenges. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1.2 DATA COLLECTION

a. NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED We do not collect any personal information from users. You are not required to sign up or log in to use Mind Mash, nor do we ask for your name, email address, phone number, location data, or any other direct identifiers.

b. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT DELIVERY (Firebase) All game content, including math puzzles, riddles, and daily quests, is delivered from a secure online source (Firebase) to ensure up-to-date and relevant information. This process involves the delivery of content to your device and does not involve any collection of your personal or device-related data by us. Firebase may collect anonymous, aggregated data related to the performance of its service (e.g., how often content is accessed), but this is not linked to you personally.

c. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING Mind Mash displays interstitial advertisements (full-screen ads that appear between game levels or actions, such as when requesting a hint or a life). These ads are provided by third-party ad networks. These ad providers may collect certain non-personal information automatically for ad targeting and analytics, such as:

Device information (e.g., type, OS, IP address)
Advertising ID
App interaction data

We do not control the data collection practices of these third-party ad networks. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the ad providers you encounter. The ad provider used in Mind Mash is:

d. SCRATCHPAD DATA The in-game scratchpad is provided for your rough work and drawings. Any content you create on the scratchpad is stored only on your device and is not collected, transmitted, or stored by us.

The limited non-personal data automatically collected by third-party ad networks is used to:

Serve relevant advertisements
Improve ad performance and user experience

We do not collect or use any personal or sensitive data ourselves.

1.4 FEEDBACK

If you choose to use the "Send Feedback" option within the app, it will typically open your device's email client. When you send feedback via email, your email address will be visible to us, the developers, as the sender. We will only use this information to respond to your feedback or inquiry.

1.5 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Mind Mash is a general audience game and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate steps to remove it.

1.6 DATA SECURITY

We implement standard security practices to protect the content delivery and ad systems. However, we do not store or manage any personal data within the app itself.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Mind Mash game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the game or the data contained therein.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the game.

2.4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Mind Mash game, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Xenex Studio. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property beyond the scope of the license granted in Section 2.2.

2.5 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Mind Mash game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

2.6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Xenex Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the game; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the game; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

2.7 TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Mind Mash game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

2.8 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Westbengal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2.9 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
