Terms and Conditions for Scene

1. Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the Scene mobile application (the "App"), developed by XenexStudio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description & Data Handling
Scene is a high-performance screen-capturing and live-streaming utility.
Real-Time Transmission: The App acts as a real-time encoder and transmitter.
No Server Storage: XenexStudio does not store, host, or archive your broadcasted video files or audio on our servers. Once your stream ends, no copy remains on our infrastructure.
3. Virtual Currency (Coins) & In-App Purchases
The App utilizes a virtual currency ("Coins") which can be used to unlock premium items and products within the App.
Purchase Policy: All purchases of Coins are processed via the Google Play Store. By initiating a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
No Cash Value: Coins are a limited, non-transferable, and non-refundable license to use specific virtual features. Coins hold no "real world" monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unlocked Products: Once a product is unlocked using Coins, the access is tied to your account/device as per the current App architecture.
Refunds: All sales are final. Because digital items (Coins and Unlocked Products) are consumed or granted instantly, XenexStudio does not offer refunds except where required by local consumer law or Google Play Store policies.
4. User Responsibility & Privacy
Since Scene captures your live device screen, you maintain total control and responsibility over the broadcasted content.
Sensitive Data: Notifications (SMS, OTPs), private messages, or passwords appearing on-screen will be broadcasted to your chosen destination. We strongly recommend enabling "Do Not Disturb" mode before streaming.
Liability: XenexStudio is not liable for the accidental exposure of private, financial, or personal information displayed on your device during a session.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use Scene to broadcast content that is:
Infringing: Violates copyrights (e.g., streaming copyrighted movies, music, or games without permission).
Illegal: Promotes or depicts illegal acts under local or international law.
Harmful: Contains hate speech, extreme violence, or sexually explicit material.
6. Third-Party Services
Scene provides the technical bridge to stream to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch).
You must comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of the destination platform.
XenexStudio is not responsible for account suspensions, copyright strikes, or bans issued by third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Property: All UI designs, the Scene logo (Neon/Abstract Camera design), brand assets, and source code are the exclusive property of XenexStudio.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and stream. We claim no ownership over your broadcasted material.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: The App is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free streaming or compatibility with all devices.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, XenexStudio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or exposure of private info, arising from the use of the App or the purchase of virtual Coins.
